Locating Missing Persons or Customers

Our tracing service can be used to locate an absconder. Be it an ex-tenant or a Sole Trader, we are able to assist.  Our costs for tracing are £95 + vat.  We need to know the last known home address or business address in order to proceed.

Our specialist investigators (who work within the realms of the Data Protection Act) use a process involving intensive database searching together with visiting the last known address.  This may involve speaking to current occupiers, contacting previous neighbours and various telephone enquiries.  A result may be achieved very quickly but could take up to 6 weeks. We have a 90% success rate using this technique.

Tracing a person can be for reasons other than debt recovery.  A recent example is a solicitor client from the Midlands had been trying to locate twin brothers and we were able to find them in the nick of time just before they emigrated, informing them that they had inherited a fortune in a great aunt’s will.

A Car Leasing Company in Edinburgh approached us through our Business Network connections in Scotland.  We managed to trace a very elusive character that they had been trying to locate for several months who we found in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area.  This eventually resulted in a successful payment plan of instalments.
