Having a need to put together a promotional leaflet for Solicitors Firms across the Country, we turned to Kate Fox Graphics for assistance the other month. Kate provided us with a fantastic personal service and turned the project around in no time and an example of what she’s done can be viewed below.

Brockholes is the UK’s first floating venue and is situated near Junction 31 of the M6 near Preston. Having recently attended a joint Lancashire Chamber of Commerce Event there, we can thoroughly recommend it as both an extraordinary and interesting place to meet Clients or indeed consider hosting or attending a Business Conference. You can even go on one of their Hard Hat Tours! For more information you can ring them on 01772 318373 or visit www.brockholes.org and do let us have some feedback.
We were lucky enough to be invited to one of Simon Morgan’s Business Network Scotland Events in Aberdeen a couple of weeks ago. This took place at the Douglas Hotel in Aberdeen and the venue, the host, and all of the Network Members made it a fantastic and extremely vibrant networking lunch. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this as a base to meet professional businesses North of the border and their events are held monthly in Aberdeen, Edniburgh and Glasgow. If you need anymore information then please visit www.bns.uk.net or telephone 0845 126 7842.
This time to Will Kintish who presented an excellent seminar last month at the Business Network in relation to using LinkedIn as a great business tool. We have now set up our own group as ‘Friends of Jack Russell’ and ‘Jack Russell Debt Collection & Legal Process Servers’ as a result of his great advice and we invite you all to join. If you want to know more about Will Kintish and his Company, please visit www.kintish.co.uk and say you have been recommended by Jack Russell. We have recently been informed that Salford County Court is closing on the 5th August 2011. This will be an extremely sad day both for Jack Russell Clients (particularly those based in the North West) and indeed the Court Service as a whole.
Unfortunately, they have become the victim of savage cuts, which in our opinion, is going to considerably weaken the Court Service and we are reliably informed that there is already a 6 week backlog in certain post being dealt with which is a reflection of the problem. Perhaps consultation with County Court users such as ourselves would have been a far more sensible course of action rather than just simply closing Courts with the impact of Businesses having a more reduced and slower service as a result.
Jack Russell would like to thank all of the hard working staff at the Salford County Court for the excellent service they have provided over the years and we will all be sad to witness it’s demise. Having used various County Courts over the years, we would easily put Salford County Court in the top 3 performers. We would welcome both our Clients and other Court users’ feedback on this matter.
